Your MyPB App is tailored to your family’s bespoke travel itinerary, complete with a direct family message board to speak to our Client Concierge Team.
Your login details will be provided before you travel ensuring you have time to plan your holiday prior to departure. All the information you could possibly need for your holiday will be just a swipe away in your My PB App.
The MyPB App features include;
FLIGHT AND TRANSFER DETAILS:
All information including the flight times, terminal and travel duration and your airport transport information will be available in the MyPB app.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
All the information you will need about your hotel, including if there are any drinks receptions and events in your hotel during your stay and information on spa and fitness facilities, details of activities available and our recommended hotel restaurants.
SKI AREA INFORMATION FOR WINTER HOLIDAYS:
MyPB app includes all of the resort’s piste map, statistics on the ski area, such as the number and distance of runs, and information on the Powder Byrne adults’ ski programmes and ski guiding provided in your resort.
SURROUNDING AREA INFORMATION AND ACTIVITIES FOR SUMMER HOLIDAYS:
Information on your resort’s activities, the local attractions not to be missed and the fascinating history of the area.

CHILDRENS PROGRAMME INFORMATION:
All the information you need on our children’s programmes, including what to bring, sample activity timetables, times, locations and evening activities.

Our Client Concierge team is always available to assist with restaurant and activity recommendations and bookings, babysitting services, spa treatments and fitness instruction bookings, special arrangements for birthdays and other special occasions and anything else you may require.
